IBM has released IC31990 to us for testing.  It is their proposed fix  for
the traps encountered when running Peer under eCS SMP.  Please  visit
http://pws.prserv.net/mckinnis/ecs/ to download the appropriate fix  for 
your level of Peer. 

I have been running for about 24 hours with mulitple connects and
disconnects and have not trapped yet.
