Version 1.4
   Better logging on login failure.
   Added global event semaphore for shutdown.
   Fixed error: was not accepting nonstandard ports.
   Added option to remove attachments from mail.
   Added remote configuration.
   New macro %S to give the sender's address.
   Option to insert leading material from a file.
