Sorry folks, but I've just discovered that due to a code version mixup,
the RexxMail build I uploaded and announced yesterday contains a bug that
will cause execution to fail if the "NewMessage*" switches are used
without an argument (which is correct usage, if of little use). 

A new build of RexxMail is available from my web site:
