Marcel Mueller has released  getaudior 0.1beta

Features

    * This REXX utility creates an fixed format machine and human readable
ASCII index file of a volume or folder with MPEG or Ogg-Vorbis audio
files.
    * Meta information (e.g. artist) is extracted and written to the
index.
    * The files are checked for consistency roughly.
    * The previous index file is updated if possible. So only the new and
modified files have to be checked.
    * A master index file, named Index, is maintained containing volume
information
