* disable adding media to playlist while playing
* disable changing skin while playing
* movie without sound stops carefully
+ play mp3 audio with ID3v2 tags 
+ added -dvdaid command line switch. sets audio id for DVD. usefull, when
  DVD has different audio ID's with same language
