That version is broken. It needs the IBM runtime library CPPRMI36,DLL, but
that file is named MOZRMI36.DLL.

Use some hex editor and change the affected files: nspr4.dll, plc4.dll,
plds4.dll.

Search for cpprmi36 and replace it with mozrmi36.

I have reported the bug on bugzilla, so a fixed version should soon be
released.
