I've uploaded a new version of BT32.SYS/LXAPI32.SYS and it's applications

BT32.SYS is a driver for BT8x8 based TV cards. It was ported from the
linux bttv driver.

With the sample application in this package you can
 - View TV
 - View Teletext
 - Hear Radio
