There was an error in the previous VOICE meeting announcement.  The date
should be 01-06-2003 NOT 12-23-2002.  The corrected announcement follows:

There will be a General meeting of VOICE tonight (Monday 01-06-2003)
at08:00pm  EST (01:00 GMT / UT).

Topics will include confirming our new Marketing officer and our new
System Administrator.

In addition we will be presenting important developments regarding the
hosting of the VOICE Server.
