This program is being developed for the display of various Video images.
At this time Cinema/2 is in the early stage of development and is only
intended to be a TV-Video application for the Hauppage TV-cards

Functions :
  - full screen mode (only with SDD video drivers)
  - hide Titlebar
  - hide Frame
  - float on Top
  - aspect ratio, retains image ratio when resizing window
  - display of current TV channel in title bar
  - keyboard selection of TV channel
  - F-keys used to adjust brightness, contrast etc
  - menu popup with Mouse RB
  - Notebook for TV-Channel preferences etc
  - program close saves settings
  - support for Plugins
  - selection of Regional settings on Program initialisation, followed
    by Auto Scan for channels


Neu since Version 0.3.1
  - BTTV support integrated (not yet complete) parameter /b
  - predefined and configureable windowsize added
  - improved blitter
  - highresolution timer for blitter
  - NLS for Schweden
