PLEASE! Remove VIDEO2.INI first!

 added VCD support. Use RMB at Control window and choose Play DVDVCD.
  By default (track 0), WVGUI will play largest track on VCD, but you can
  choose another track in settings.   

 Now you can play largest Title on DVD by choosing DVD Title 0 in
  settings At least, this can simplify your DVD playing, while DVD menu
  support is not done   

 Added 'M' (Mute) button in Movie window   

 Now Movie window normalize its position when created and when user
  press Alt-<n> on Movie window   

 Fixed double click on disabled button cause button to work   

 Added support of new dvdcss 1.2.4. Now DVD opens much faster   

 Fixed DVD "slideshow" with dvdcss 1.2.4   

 Checking disc presence and disc IFS before starting playing DVD or
  VCD

 settings window now can be resized. Size and position stores in INI
  file
