SREhttp/2 ver 1.12b is a full featured http/1.1 WWW server for OS/2. Basic
features include multi-hosting, digest and basic authentication, resource
specific access controls, HTACCES controls, CGI-BIN support, NCSA SSI
support,  range responses, and common-log auditing.  Additional advanced
features include content-negotiation, on-the-fly GZIP encoding, best-match
generation for not found resources, on-line configuration tools, and
support for PUT and DELETE method requests. Lastly, SREhttp/2 is designed
to be modified: with several hooks that accomodate REXX procedures (such
as dynamic controls on resource utilization). Upgrader note: SREhttp/2 is
modeled after the SRE-http for GoSERVE web server.
