 Added CDROM "non stop" feature. It means that your CD(DVD) drive will
  not stop after timeout when you paused your movie. WVGUI automatically
  checks if current media playing from CD(DVD) drive   

 Fixed long searched annoying crash in memcpy

 Fixed crash while audio files seeking by slider   
 Out to desktop did not set to ON before first playing   
 Many GUI engine fixes. (better parameters checking)   
 Fixed B/W colors in MOV   
 Removed requiring of TCPIP
