Purpose
The goal of the WarpVision project is to create an OS/2 multimedia player
that supports the latest formats, as well as the latest hardware features.
                          
PLEASE! Remove VIDEO2.INI first!

  Now OGG has time counter and can be seeked   
  Another fix of indicators in playlist when playing right from playlist  

  Added windows links to Playlist too    
  Fixed garbage lines at edges of movies in DIVE and WO! modes   
  Fixed (I hope) green line in WO! modes on some adapters   
  Added Normalize feature. Experimental. Need test. May help with too
loud or too silence audio streams    
  Recovered but not fixed yet BUG with VCD and Adaptec SCSI adapters.
Please DO NOT try open VCD with such adapters otherwise your system will
crash   
  Latest libavcodec   
  Sometimes keys doesnt works on Movie window. Fixed.
