HTML Tidy is a cross-platform tool for checking, correcting, and
formatting HTML and XML code. It supports several codepages and is able to
convert between them. Tidy is even able to extract something useful from
the mess that MS Word creates when saving a file as web page.

The latest OS/2 build by Christian Hennecke is based on TidyLib and adds
support for OS/2's favorite codepage IBM850. Asian codepages and UTF-16
should also be supported, but this hasn't been tested. Feedback is
welcome!
