It supports several codepages and is able to convert between them. Tidy is even able to extract something useful from the mess that MS Word creates when saving a file as web page. The latest OS/2 build by Christian Hennecke is based on TidyLib and adds support for OS/2's favorite codepage IBM850. Asian codepages and UTF-16 should also be supported, but this hasn't been tested.
