Subject:  [VOICENWS] admin: No announcements past three days

Just in case anyone has noticed, there has been no activity on the list
since Friday the 7th.  This is not because there is any problem with the
list, there just have been no posts submitted.  So I thought I'd send an
announcement to that effect to break the dry spell. :-)
