Subject:  [VOICENWS] event: Warpstock 2003 bids update

Since a couple people have asked me about the status of Warpstock 2003 I
thought I'd post a brief update.  

We have received two notices of intent to submit a bid for Warpstock 2003. 
One on the West coast and one in Canada.  So far neither has actually
submitted a bid, but the deadline for that is February 28th.  Hopefully we
will have good news in 2-3 weeks.  I will report more after that date.
