Hi folks!

I'm adding some new newsgroups to the consultron.ca news server. They  are
very high traffic, so the server is going to be offline for a  while...
which is to say, that posts made to it will be stored, but not  posted
immediately.

Here is a list of the groups in question:

 comp.lang.c:
 comp.lang.c++:
 comp.lang.cobol:
 comp.lang.fortran:
 comp.lang.java.3d:
 comp.lang.java.advocacy:
 comp.lang.java.announce:
 comp.lang.java.beans:
 comp.lang.java.corba:
 comp.lang.java.databases:
 comp.lang.java.gui:
 comp.lang.java.help:
 comp.lang.java.machine:
 comp.lang.java.programmer:
 comp.lang.java.security:
 comp.lang.java.softwaretools:
 comp.lang.javascript:
 comp.lang.postscript:
 comp.lang.php:

After these ones come in, I'll be adding some more language newsgroups  to
the server sometime in the future... but these will do to start:)

I'll post another message when the feed has finished coming in. This is 
going to take some hours, and perhaps even all the way into tomorrow to 
finish, as these newsgroups are going to make my newsbase eight times 
larger than it is currently.

Sorry for any inconvenience, and I hope people find the new newsgroups 
useful!
