Hi folks!

I've just done an extensive rewrite of the program that controls feeding 
the news to and from the various servers news.consultron.ca hooks into. 
I'm trying to avoid the "441: Failed to store article" error that has 
caused some people some grief. I think I've got it... but I'd appreciate 
it if people could keep an eye for the next few days and let me know if 
any problems crop up.
