I've rejigged my news feeder programs again. They're now running every 
fifteen minutes, at a higher priority, and I've also boosted the  priority
of the news server itself. I'd appreciate it if people would  test the
news.consultron.ca news server and let me know if they are  experiencing
better performance. Please let me know by posting in
