mailing list as a way for eCS and OS/2 users to learn the C++ programming
language to help in developing applications for our platform of choice.

I've provided some basic intro info.

Walter Metcalf, VOICE President, is still working with me on the forum 
setup I'd like, so there might be some changes still.  So if you set a 
bookmark, it might need to be changed, I don't know for sure.
