PLEASE! Remove VIDEO2.INI first!

  Removed indefinite waits in semaphores (this can helps with system
freezes)   
  Added SVQ3 video codec (mov files such as T3 trailer)   
  Added VP3 video codec. Still buggy. (mov files)   
  Fixed some mpeg1 streams with broken startup sequence (cause fast video
play to the end)   
  Some other fixes and bugs :-)
