 InnoTek has updated its OS/2 Kit for Java product to the Release
Candidate 2 (RC2) level. It can be downloaded for free individual use at
http://www.innotek.de/products/javaos2.

Among the many improvements of RC2 are the following highlights:

    * created single standalone package that will perform an unattended
installation of the original Sun Java 2 Standard Edition for Windows
distribution, removing the need for separate JRE and SDK packages
    * various bugfixes based on user feedback
