UpdCD 2.32 fix release has been released. It contains the following
changes:

 fix: fixed problem with unpacking German update files (ecs)
 fix: German TCP/IP fixpak was not detected (cp)
 fix: old multipt.exe from base fixpak gives PM error (cp)
 fix: dbtags.dat errors in combination with Warp 3 or Korean Warp 4
 fix: old os2ldr.msg was used for Korean Warp 4
 fix: minor fix in VFAT driver installation script (warp 4)

Furthermore, the Warp Update Kit has been dramatically redesigned. It
supports now Warp 3, Warp 4, WSEB, MCP and ACP. Be sure to check out the
