A.Y.DAYO released WSIEVER 1.1.

WSIEVER is a tool to monitor your favorite web pages and notify you if
they have updated. There is only Japanese readme included. WSIEVER and
Installer (inst.exe) work as English programs in non-Japanese
environments.
