 PLEASE! Remove VIDEO2.INI first!

  Fixed WMA seeking, decoding error. Caused abnormal termination of
media, contains WMA streams   
  Using CPU ticks instead of HW timer irq0 calls   
  Added History feature. Contains last 10 loaded media. RMB on Control
window.   
  Some other small fixes
