QueenCy 0.1.4e and new tablet drivers

OS/2 native paint software QueenCy 0.1.4e and a new tablet driver have
been released. Also a test version of USB tablet driver has been released.
The USB driver was verified only with Wacom Intuos-2. Note that QueenCy
changed its tablet interface for these new tablet support. Old tablet
driver won't work.

And here is the installation procedure of USB tablet driver:
 1. Unzip W2_002.zip
 2. Copy usbwcm.sys into x:\OS2\BOOT
 3. Place following line after OS/2 USB driver lines in config.sys.
     DEVICE=x:\OS2\BOOT\USBWCM.SYS /V
 4. Copy TabDll.dll to somewhere on libpath.

Notes for the USB tablet driver:
 1. If serial tablet driver is installed, uninstall it at first.
 2. Don't use w1.exe and w2.exe for USB tablet.
 3. USB tablet driver doesn't work with Amouse.
