Important fix for eCS 1.1 users, all DFSee CMD files will now correctly
start DFSOS2 instead of DFSWIN :-)

Then there is an important update to the LVM command, the "-c" option will
fix many "partitiontable may be corrupt" messages from LVM that are caused
by moved/deleted primary partitions.

FIXCHS can now set IBM/DFSee or PowerQuest style CHS values.
This might help to make Partition-Magic happy ...

The PART listing now also shows the difference between the older FDISK
bootmanager with INT13 limit, and the new LVM one that can handle booting
beyond cylinder 1023 (I13X).


DFSee is the SWISS-ARMY-KNIFE for disk and filesystem problems. With
FDISK-like displays, analysis and recovery, FIX commands, UNDELETE for
HPFS/NTFS, imaging and cloning. More details at:

Most important functional changes:

 - DFSUNFD  Support eCS 1.1 for all .CMD scripts (caused error 23)
 - DELETE   Automatic remove of LVM-info entry unless -L- is used
 - LVM  -c  Show and remove obsolete LVM-info entries for primaries
 - FIXCHS   Support use IBM/PQ/MS dummy-CHS styles, updated msgs
 - PART     Label shows LVM I13X or FDISK MaxCyl:1023 type BMGR
 - WALK     Display the IBM/PQ/MS/BAD CHS style indicator
 - PTE pid  Fixed selection using a high pid value, seen as SN
 - PART -w  More specific 'NO active' warnings, 1st-disk/any-disk
 - TxLib    Global rename everything to TxLibrary definitions
 - TxLib    Fix centering of title/help text on narrow windows

Check DFS*.TXT files for details, all changes listed in DFSHIST.TXT

Registering DFSee will give you the right to use all 5.xx versions and get
support plus a reasonable amount of assistance by email. Existing 4.xx
registrations can be upgraded to 5.xx as well.

But even more important, it enables further development of DFSee!
