Date: Mon, 16 Jun 2003 16:07:38 -0400 From: "Mark Dodel" Subject: [VOICENWS] SW: DFSee 5.22 released (eCS fix and more ...) From: "Jan van Wijk" Important fix for eCS 1.1 users, all DFSee CMD files will now correctly start DFSOS2 instead of DFSWIN :-) Then there is an important update to the LVM command, the "-c" option will fix many "partitiontable may be corrupt" messages from LVM that are caused by moved/deleted primary partitions. FIXCHS can now set IBM/DFSee or PowerQuest style CHS values. This might help to make Partition-Magic happy ... The PART listing now also shows the difference between the older FDISK bootmanager with INT13 limit, and the new LVM one that can handle booting beyond cylinder 1023 (I13X). DFSee is the SWISS-ARMY-KNIFE for disk and filesystem problems. With FDISK-like displays, analysis and recovery, FIX commands, UNDELETE for HPFS/NTFS, imaging and cloning.
