whats new in this version:

 x added: alt-t to switch between time index and time remaining
 x timeout while waiting for stream packet changed to 30 seconds
 x fixed: hang if playforever mode is enabled and you delete all of the
tracks in the playlist
 x updated (f1) help screens

(last version)
 x more ui fixes, most notably the scrollbar in the file selector
 x static output when pausing(randomly) fixed, clipboard routines disabled
until I can find out why they are causing mmos2 to mess up.
 imo: pause messing up is worse than not having shift+insert in the input
fields ;)
