Thanks to Mark Vollmer, the bug with online help for SmartSuite has been 
fixed - as far as I can tell in my limited testing.

Also, updated German & Spanish and Yuri provided a Russian translation.

NewView is a program for viewing OS/2 or eComStation help files, which 
replaces IBM's original View program. NewView offers improvements such 
as a nicer user interface and more options.
