Date: Sun, 31 Aug 2003 10:06:29 -0300 From: "Mark Dodel" Subject: [VOICENWS] SW: WordWrap 1.5 From: "Don Eitner" WordWrap 1.5 has been released. New in this version is user-defined character substitution (good for code page conversion, for instance). Also, WordWrap 1.5 PM, the graphical front-end for wordwrap.cmd, has been completely redesigned to be easier to use and more powerful than ever! WordWrap is a REXX script to cleanup extraneous whitespace characters in plain text files. It also has the ability to wrap lines to a specified margin, to output with basic HTML markup for viewing in a web browser, and now the ability to substitute characters such as non-standard "high ASCII" characters from other operating systems and languages. See substitute.txt in the Zip file for an example of user-defined character substitution. WordWrap 1.5 can be downloaded from: http://freiheit.syntheticdimension.net/os2-myapps.html http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/wordwrap15.zip and later http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/wp/wordwrap15.zip WordWrap is donation-ware. You are free to download and use it, but if you like it, you are asked to make a small donation to the author.
