The major news this time is the re-use of existing help windows, just like
original View used to do. This makes it much more useful for e.g. command
prompt help. It also meant the installer has got *a lot* more complicated,
so I suppose there will be some problems. Read the readme.txt... 

NewView is a free replacement for the original OS/2 or eComStation online
help system.

Major enhancements are:

 - New user interface (split window)
 - Select and copy direct from window
 - Easy to use global (all files) search
 - Remembers size & position
 - Most recently used files list
 - Smooth scrolling display
 - Current topic always highlighted in contents
 - Can go forward as well as back in history
 - Options for fonts, colors and more
 - Annotate help files
 - Bookmarks
 - Fully resizeable

V2.8.4
 - Checks for existing help windows with the same files
    open and uses them instead of opening new windows.
 - Fixed topic display problem (DBExpert.hlp)
 - Corrected spacing in character graphics,
    when a custom font is used (pmprintf.hlp).
 - Add blank line before/after cgraphics to match view
 - Dutch thanks to Kris Steenhaut
 - Japanese and Korean translations
    Thanks to Tomoarai 
 - Updated Russian translation
 - Standalone install can optionally associate 
    NewView with *.inf, *.hlp 
 - Text files now installed
    Full install, OS/2: x:\os2\book\NewView
    Full install, eCS 1.1+: x:\ecs\doc\NewView
 - Standalone install uses %PROGRAMS%, if set,
    for base folder
 - Installer checks for potential conflicts with
   programs and help file
