Realtek has updated their driver for the Realtek ALC-650 AC'97 sound
chipset:

"ALC Codec Audio Device Driver for OS/2 Version 1.30 (09/04/03)"

 Download: ftp://210.51.181.211/pc/ac97/alc650/os2warp4_141.exe

     "Before you install ALC Codec Device Driver make sure that
      you have installed OS/2 WARP Version 4.00 Revision 9.023 or later.
      Enter "VER /R" from an OS/2 command prompt to verify."
