Subject:  [VOICENWS] SW: InJoy Firewall and Dialer release illegal use of Dynamic Windows

Bjarne Jensen and F/X Communications have just put out Release Candidate 1
of InJoy Firewall and InJoy Dialer which illegally includes Dynamic
Windows.

Earlier this year I was pushed out of F/X Communications due to
ideological differences and was never completely compensated for my
efforts in porting the software to Windows, Linux and FreeBSD (not to
mention many other enhancements).

I gave Bjarne and F/X Communications several settlement options which were
all rejected. Therefore at that point I revoked the usage of my Dynamic
Windows software from them. After checking the Release Candidate, I see
that Dynamic Windows is still included in their package along with my
other code which I was never fully compensated for.

I then tried to get in contact with them and it seems they are on vacation
for 3 weeks, immediately after putting out their new release, which seems
very strange.

So this is a notice to all F/X Communications customers or potential
customers that their Release Candidate 1 is illegal and unless they
contact me to rectify the situation, should not be purchased or used.

If I do not hear from them by the end of November, I will seek legal
action to halt the sales of InJoy Firewall, InJoy Dialer, IPAPI and any
other products that illegally include my software.
