I apologize to all our loyal readers for the delay in fixing the problems.
I'd hope that I would have the process going without a hitch by now, but
the lesson learned is "don't be in a rush!"

I've received enough e-mails that I won't respond to each of you
individually.

Fixes:
 -> Article mis-attributed to John Martin, now corrected.
 -> Backissues .ZIP file should now be downloadable. (Yet another minor
misadventure involving upper/lower-case filename).
