  I have uploaded 4OS2 3.04d today, it can be found here:

The biggest changes are improved DBCS support and an obscure fix for FAT32
short/long filename handling, both contributed by KO Myung-Hun.

The major difference from 4OS2 4.00A is, as far as I can tell, that 3.04d
actually works pretty well. Feel free to report bugs here, or directly to
me. Contributions are welcome too.
