This is the Windows-installer version! People should know before they
start  a 66 meg download - it is said that there still are some folks
without cable  modem and flat rate ... ;-)

It may be installed using Odin, but - of course - the installation doesn't
 generate desktop objects, nor does it generate setvars.cmd (although 
setvars.bat maybe easily adapted)

Besides this, the OS/2 C compiler and linker work.
