The following issues have been resolved in PMView v3.03

   1. Printing: If none of the printer drivers installed is marked as the
default printer driver, PMView will crash when trying to print.
   2. General: Pressing SHIFT+F10 to bring up the context menu in the file
open/save window folder tree list (left pane) does not work.
