UpdCD 2.40 has been released. This is a full release which should not be
installed on top of an existing UpdCD 2.3x installation.

Major changes since version 2.30:

 - National language support (English, French, Russian, German (not
finished), Hungarian)
 - Support for no emulation boot method
 - Support for eCS 1.1 as target OS

UpdCD can be used to create an updated OS/2 Warp 3/4, WSeB, CP 1/2 or eCS
1.x installation CD-ROM.
