Ogg Vorbis is an audio compression format similar to MP3 but free of patented algorithms and fully open source. The package contains the library DLLs as well as text-mode encoders and players, plus a plug-in for the GUI player PM123. This is mainly a bug-fix release. New features include support for reading/playing FLAC-encoded files.
