Fixed bug(s)/changes:

 FWD caused NPE when response was a number only.
 Internal restart problems under Java 1.4 and W2K fixed.
 AVScan: changed handling of "unsupported encoding exception"
 Fixed NPE in relaycheck when receiverdomain doesn't have a MX record.
 Fixed MemoryOverflow under W2K and heavy load.
