GOAT is a frontend for GOCR, the Gnu Optical Character Recognition
Program.  This release contains mostly bug fixes:

New in this version
 * Unencoded executable allows for end user changes, bug fixes and 
    experimentation w/o VisproRexx (simply open GOAT.exe in any
    text editor. Thanks to Keith Cotroneo
 * Fixes for external editor buttons
 * Fix for "Open last scan" menu item
 * Fix for text change detection
 * Fix for image load detection when starting OCR
 * Cleaned up some error messages
 * Two versions of GOCR included...Oldest (v0.35) is default (read more
below)
 * Included the HTML manual from which the INF was (improperly) built with
HTMLtoINF
 * Included some files that were missing from the last release
