A readme.os2 file states the following:

"To get the executable to run, the following DLLs must be present:

Imported Modules:
    0 IBERTY
    1 EMXLIBCM
    2 EMX"

NOTE: A quick Google search shows IBERTY.DLL as part of the GCC library,
though the binaries no longer were available at the site

IBERTY.DLL buried in
<http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/dev/emx/v0.9d/gcc3.2.1.zip> EMX.DLL and
EMXLIBCM.DLL are part of the EMX runtime available on hobbes:
