As usual, you need the current GCC runtime from Innotek to install and use
these:

And if you want to use Java, you need the Innotek Java support from here:

http://www.innotek.de/products/javaos2/mozilla/

Remember to place ipluginw.dll into the components directory and delete
compreg.dat.

Please test the heck out of this. I'd love to see a really high quality
OS/2 1.7 release.
