x fixed: z!laststate - bugs with ogg
x fixed: having random enabled while using the z!laststate would restore
the wrong track x fixed: crap at beginning of a mp3 caused about 250ms of
audio to be lost x fixed: don't decode crap that looks like a valid mp3
frame but isn't x added: "*seek #" pipe command, # (in seconds) can be
negative to skip backwards."
