GUI to RSJ command line mode (great improvements)

CDRWSel fixes available. It be installed over CDRWSel V3.0.2 (If you only
have CDRWSel V3, upgrade it to the latest build)

 a/ Corrected a speed selection disable/enable bug under trkcopy window
 b/ Corrected and changed multiple 'detach' request for MP3toCD function
    - Use of specific temp directories for each request instead the same
temp
      directory to prevent *.WAV deletion
 c/ Use of a different coding format for a few external commands
 d/ Added an enable CDROM OP/CL under settings (setup menu). To activate
if
     cdrom.exe is installed (used to enable close of cdrom door) 
 e/ Added 'Close' under main 'view' window popupmenu if CDROM OP/CL
enabled
 f/ Added 'Eject' under main 'attach' window popupmenu (enabled on 'Free' 
     drive status)
 g/ Ready for futur progress bar display for background processes 
     (external function).
 f/ Updated *.htx files
     Restriction : multiple background request on a same burner not
allowed (must be different)
