EmperoarTV has been updated to version 1.08i.

Changes:

	- National language support (English and German)
	- German installer version
	- Station logo support (GIF and BMP), suitable pictures
	   can be found at www.tvtv.de or www.zap2it.com
	- Docking windows
	- Switch to external inputs via remote control
	- Another attempt to improve channel changes
