Posted on OS/2 Warp News and Rumours:  "CDS was acquired by IntraDyn
nearly a year ago. It seems that their OS/2 backup product, BackAgain/2,
was completely discontinued at the beginning of 2005.

From the web site:

"Effective January 1, 2005, Intradyn Inc. will no longer sell or support
BackAgain OS/2 versions. There will be no further upgrades or enhancement
for these versions of BackAgain. Those customers now on a maintenance
contract for OS/2 versions will continue to receive technical support for
the remainder of their maintenance period.

In addition, effective January 1, 2005, Intradyn will no longer sell or
support Primafax."

There doesn't appear to be any mention of Primafax (the windoze product)
or PMFax on the site any longer(other then the single line above).  There
are still updates for BackAgain/2000 Workstation and Server versions
available for download at http://www.cds-inc.com/support/badown.html
