Visual Paradigm is pleased to announce the release of DB Visual Architect
(DB-VA) 1.0, a powerful, full featured Object Relational Mapping (ORM)
toolset that act as a bridge between object model, data model and

DB-VA 1.0 supports Object Relational Mapping (ORM) and Entity Relationship

MS SQL, HSQLDB, Sybase à) with the same set of persistent source code.
Another feature is the ability to generate database from Class Diagram or
ER Diagram. You can design your application with Class Diagram and ER
Diagram and generate database table from the resulting diagrams. The tool
also facilitate in the reverse engineering of relational database(s). You
can reverse engineer legacy database system (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2,
HypersonicSQL, Pointbase, Sybase, jTDS à) to Class Diagram and ERD.

eComStation. But as what you have mentioned, our products are Java apps,
therefore you should be able to run it in any Java enabled platform.

At this point, please download our VP-Suite No-install version for
Windows.

Unzip the file, you will find a VP-UML.bat file from the bin directory of
VP-Suite. Open the VP-UML.bat in any text editor, you will find the
following statement:

Please replace the <JAVA_HOME> with your native Java Home directory, copy
the whole statement and execute it (remember to execute it in
%VP-Suite_Home%/bin directory).

Afterwards, the Enterprise Edition of VP-UML will be started. I regret
that the VP-Suite installer is native to platform therefore you are unable
to install DB-VA. However, the Enterprise Edition of VP-UML supports all
the features in DB-VA. Therefore, you can still try the DB-VA features in
VP-UML Enterprise Edition.
