EmperoarTV has been updated to version 1.08m. Also note, the we  have put
out version 1.02 of the DVD creation frontend, which will add a chapter
mark every 10 minutes for better navigation.

Changes
-------------

	- Support for native SNAP 3.x overlays. Needs to be enabled
	in the settings notebook. For suitable hardware refer to
	README.TXT that comes with your copy of SNAP graphics.
	If your video chipset is not listed, bug SciTech ;-).

	- Fixed FM radio mode for Microtune/Temic 4049FM5 tuner
	- Fixed TV audio in PAL D/K countries (Czech republic)
	- Improved TV stereo detection after channel change
	- GOP size in PAL DVD profiles is now 12 instead of 15
	- Forced TV mono sound possible
	- Improved snapshot thumbnail creation (resample)
	- More accurate recording time countdown in VCR mode
	- TV window blanked during drag (except for SNAP overlays)
	- Overlay settings page added
	- Switch from channel/frequency to time display when recording
	started interactively
	- Avoid problems on millisecond counter wraparound (> 47 days uptime)
	- Improved blur filter for better de-blocking of low quality MPEG1
