Hi All,
I just found an updated port of Gphoto2 for OS/2 at the Netlabs FTP site.

The file can be found at 
ftp://ftp.netlabs.org/pub/gphoto/gphoto2-devpack.zip

It reports itself as v2.1.5rc1 which indicates (to me at least) that it 
should be pretty similar in features to v2.1.5 which is the last  official
release of gphoto at gphoto.net

I haven't yet had a chance to test this, however, running gphoto2
--auto-detect did detect my camera.
